I dined in today and there was only one table next to us. We ordered a regular and large pho and when we ordered it the noodle portions were tiny. 3 bites of noodles were gone on the regular and the quality of the mint leaves were atrocious. We told them that there were less noodles than usual and they told us that is how it is and after 3 times talking they gave us left over cut up noodles extra. Never coming back.

The special beef noodle soup and seafood laksa here are quite good. I thought the laksa soup can be a bit thicker but it was otherwise good. I originally asked for Hue vermicelli noodle soup but that wasn't available as I've enjoyed that dish in the past. Overall it was good take out dining experience. Yours truly @fooderarri
My daughter suggested Pho Hub for an impromptu dinner. We had some lovely vegetables and a rare beef noodle soup (Pho) each with all the normal trimmings - it was just great. Well recommended.
Welcomed the moment we walked through the door, food was great, service was excellent. Delicious authentic Vietnamese.
We went for dinner, ordered :
- Special beef noodle pho. A Very nice flavourful authentic Vietnamese Pho , it has a clean taste, no MSG after taste
- Rock salt chilli squid. The Squid is very tender, perfect batter to make it crunchy with a delicious taste/zinc of chilly ( not hot) and perfect saltiness.
Both dishes were delicious, one of the good tasting restaurant even compared to Sydney's hundreds competitive Asian restaurants.
Will come back next time when we are in Canberra.
Service was courteous and food were served very quickly. Glad we had dinner there.

For casual Vietnamese dining Pho Hub is great. We often go with friends after a movie. The staff are friendly and attentive and it isn’t noisy. My favourite dish is the lightly battered plum duck. The squid and white bait are also favourite entrées. 4.5 stars from me.
December 2021 update; This local restaurant has become one of my husband’s and my favourite over the past year. We absolutely love their steamed fish dishes and vegetables with cashews. You do need to stipulate if you are sharing a dish like whitebait or squid as an entree or it may come out in any order with the mains. The service is always good and the staff remain attentive and friendly. 5⭐️
When looking for a place for lunch in Belconnen, this place is usually busy. If it is busy, it must be good!
It was good.
I ordered Pho Tai with some alterations, and they got it correct without a fuss.
